It is easily converted from one to the other. If the user wants to dab, they simply insert the quartz nail into the bubbler’s choke hole at the bottom and cover the bowl with the cap. For smooth draws from the bubbler, fill the glass chamber with water, enough to cover the percolator holes. Easy as that.
